Dr. lizabeth always explains everything to me fully and I couldn’t be happier with the contacts. I’m in right now, after being able to do trial after trial in order to find the right fit, I love the staff I’ve been here for like ever now wouldmy change a thing"
"Wonderful experience! The staff were friendly and attentive. I especially appreciated how the optometrist took the time to explain everything and she was really good putting drops in my eyes. Also, I did not feel pressured to buy glasses as I have at other places. I will definitely be coming back for future eye exams."
"They were over an hour late for my appointment. The office staff waited 50 minutes past my appointment time to apologize for the delay. The doctor was OK and the only one who showed compassion for wasting my time. To top the experience they billed me without running the eye exam through my insurance. It has been virtually impossible to get anyone from billing on the phone to correct their mistake as they have outsourced their billing to a 3rd party company. Will probably not go back."
