"I got a terrible pizza one eveving. I contacted and told the manager who apologized profusely. He explained they have new hires and they are still learning. I was given a replacement pizza that was absolutely delicious. Hands down Imo's has the best pizza around. Thank you for your efforts."
"Ordered pizza and a order of toasted ravioli for my 9 year old son on his birthday.. Delivery shows up and no toasted ravioli. Called said they will be right out . 45 minutes my son is starving and still no ravioli.. When you spend $50 you should be a priority"
