"This Pharmacy is horrible! The staff is always rude (with the exception of like 2 people - the young man and a young blonde girl with glasses). The young black girl made a smart a** comment and mocked me in front of the whole line of people because I walked up to the window when being called (my husband just had surgery and was in the car bleeding and nauseous so I didn’t just have time to stand in the line for 20more minutes to check and see if they would even fill his prescriptions). After the girl denied the medication with the reasoning that she “personally wasn’t comfortable filling the prescription,” she announced to everyone “Can I have the next person in line? I know everyone was called back up but there’s still a line you have to wait in.” How immature and rude. And to tell me that she won’t fill the prescriptions without reasoning just tipped the iceberg. The hospital’s surgery staff had already left for the night so it took hours to finally reach someone who could call and confirm his medication. She does not belong at a job with customer service. I have had many customer service jobs and you NEVER treat another person like that. Recently, my husband tried calling to see his prescription that was placed the day before was ready and the pharmacy was randomly closed for some reason! Then when calling the next day, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and short with him and told him that one of his prescriptions was out of stock. It would have been nice to know that sooner. These people are incompetent and rude!"
"This Walgreens is a complete joke to say they are incompetent would be putting it lightly. Every time I've come here for the last 2 years there's been more than a 30-minute wait and no prescriptions are available when they are supposed to be. These people do not care and make no effort to improve anything and clearly the manager does not care either. Stay far away from this place its absolutely terrible. Walgreens should be ashamed."
