"I see my previous review was deleted. I’m not sure why because everything I said was factual. Michelle burnt my hair off with bleach after I asked her twice not to bleach it. I gave her the color from my other stylist and she couldn’t get it right. She over bleached me and gave me the worst hair experience I’ve ever had in my life. My once beautiful blond hair is now orange and grey and breaking off! I would steer clear if I were you. Bad quality and uneducated stylist."
