"They will waste your time and not work with you if you are from another state. I reserved a U-Haul with all about me and after being ignored for 30 mins to help other customers that came in after me was told he would not rent to us because we have Texas D.L. Nevermind the fact that U-Haul is a nationwide company that doesn't care where your ID is from. I will not go back and I encourage someone change out mustache man for someone who wants to bring commerce into the shop."
