"I am absolutely MORTIFIED with the service that Lindsey provided. Her professionalism is below substandard, a reject hairstylist could of done a better job. It looks as if someone dipped my hair in hair dye rather than doing a balayage like I had asked her to do. The color is way more vibrant than the pictures I showed her. When asked what to do to fix this she proceeds with an attitude, threatens us, and calls my mother names. Very unprofessional job. I am disgusted with her service and overall the way she handled the situation. I 100% do not recommend this woman to EVER do your hair. DO NOT let her touch ur hair you will not be satisfied."

"I had an appointment for 11am and at 1230pm I was still waiting to get my hair done... As I walked in, I was told they were running 30min behind, which is fine. Unfortunately 1.5h later I was still there waiting. I wish I was told that it'll be 2 hours til they get to me. I would have rearranged few things, got some things done and came back. Unfortunately since I wasted half the day and still had a lot to do, I just left. Didn't get my hair done for the trip. Didn't get a chance to make an appointment anywhere else... I was very disappointed. Will not be coming back."
