"This place is both good and bad but not the worst thing I’ve received for mental health. As a ex client of Milano I am proud to say it has helped me get my life back in order and a lot of the staff were both friendly and helpful although some did come off as a bit rude at times, food and dietary needs are always a good meet and they’re very open to your needs and will provide a special meal for your allergies to stay away :D. Overall don’t listen to the people saying it’s like a prison ((I’m most definitely sure they’re a old client trying to scare you away)) this place is a great place for mental health and rehabilitation of the mind"

"I am the mother of a teenage girl that was in this program for 18 long months. This place has its pros and cons. I wasn't happy to see a male staff patting my teenage girl down before she could come up the stairs. I do believe that there is a bigger problem with male staff and under age girls. I do know that there was a hippa violation after my daughter was discharged, and I know this because a certain male staff was in contact with my 14 year old after she discharged. He was 28! I do not recommend this place!"
