"The front desk workers are nice.... However the entire "care" system they charge you hundreds of dollars for is information you can find on Google. It takes 30 days minimum to see a therapist. If you and that therapist do not click, you have to wait another two weeks. One of the psychiatrists I saw completely disregarded my mental health plan and often cut our appointments off at less than twenty minutes for no particular reason. She refused to do a full mental health evaluation, as did another psychiatrist. She told me two separate times that she would make me an appointment for the full evaluation, and that I would receive an email about it to no avail. I won't even get into the therapist portion of my experience because it's a doozie. Needless to say, my mental health got worse because of the stress of paying for the appointments without any results."
"They refuse to write Emotional Support Animal letters..... If you need an Emotional Support Animal letter don't use Burrell Behavioral Health"
