I have had to look up the number to pass it on the the veteran that calls. Thanks Google for posting their number correctly instead of mine."

"I’ve had great experiences since I have moved to this clinic from Branson years ago. Been to PT, sleep clinic, PCP, and mental health here. They have all been outstanding. The only thing that could use some work is scheduling. I hate going to an answering service who is third party only to have someone from the clinic have to call me back. Seems redundant and a waste of money. Other than that, I’ve been happy"

"Because of moving away and eventually coming back, I have been assigned to two teams. Both teams are great! Every staff member on both teams has been very polite and helpful. I also see other departments and the only problem I have ever had was at the optometry desk. The main guy there is rude almost every time. But besides that guy, everyone else is great and the place is always clean."

"As a Veteran, I should get the same health care that I did, when I was an active duty soldier. The health care through the VA is a joke. My Dr. had horrible bedside manner. She did not listen to anything I said. I watched her use Google to find out if she could change my meds. After changing my meds, she prescribed something that caused a medical emergency. They make you jump through hoops to see a Dr. outside their incredibly, understaffed and obviously overwhelmed employees. Expect a 3 month wait, if you need to get established, this includes all of the departments of the facility. If you call, do not expect a kind voice on the other side."
