"Absolutely used to Love this place! But now the staff is snotty most the time and the doctors seem like they’re too busy to really take the time to listen… Used to be if your child was sick they would figure it out and put them in somewhere you could bring them in, Every time in the last couple years ago to make it has been sick including my infant they’re always too busy and tell me to take them to the walk-in clinic. Advice I got today was most over the counter medicines for toddlers don’t work and salt rents for her nose was the only thing… No recommendations at all-And once again too busy to take her to the walk-in clinic. They don’t mind collecting money when she’s perfectly healthy and all they have to do is come in poke around for a minute and leave. Obviously this facility isn’t big enough anymore and there’s not enough doctors to care for the patients in the area so maybe Mercy should open up another clinic or a bigger one… What a concept! I’m so very disappointed and I really feel like if you want to take your child to a good doctor you should probably find a more intimate practice where they take the time to really care for your child. I will be looking for a new doctor!"

"Doctors seem fine but be ready to wait 30 min before even getting someone to answer the phone then leaving a voicemail that may or may not get returned, and if it’s close to the time to close (even 45 min till close) they turn the phones off or just don’t answer them . I know doctors are busy but not to where they can’t even answer the phone. We have been here 7 years and it has gone downhill over the last couple years, definitely looking for a new place after this weeks horrible care ."

"It is always an hour from time I check in for appt (always on time and even came early) til the time the doctor walks in the door. I don’t know why it seems we are the first ones in waiting room, last ones called and last to leave. To wait an hour each time for the doctor is to much. Why is this place so slow?"

"Dr. Kody Finstad has been our pediatrician for years. He never rushes us and always answers all our questions. He is an amazing Pediatrician and we are thankful for him. His nurse staff is also very friendly and attentive to our children’s needs."
