"My husband had been sick for a few days and could not get PCP to return a phone call. I called their office to see if they could help. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and caring. She said for us to come on in and they would get us taken care of. We drove to Nixa, walked in, filled out paperwork and they got us right in. The staff is very nice, friendly, professional and got us in and out fast. Nothing like waiting at PCP or other offices. I highly recommend this place. "Our PCP retired in the middle of our treatment plan. 417 Health Care was quick to see my husband and daughter and provided the care they needed. They went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. They provided great service and always take the time to listen. This is not your big chain doctors office where you only get a few minutes of time and then get scooted out without your concerns being addressed. We have no desire to go back to Mercy now.
