"New glasses ordered..when they came lenses about ready to fall out and frames so loose and squeaks like who knows what brought in they fixed so they say a couple of days later back again and then back again still not done right they say there is nothing they can do warranty I don't think so glasses still not done right office personnel very rude and unprofessional when I complained they said we don't want customers like you go somewhere else guess what I'll never be back the only thing is I'm out my money and have a very bad pair of glasses .. if this is how they take care of there customers I recommend go some where eles. Waited for hours to see if dr.prats office would rectify my problem. But no response from them...way to take care of your customers..."

"The First Lady who checked me before seeing Dr. Pratt checked my eyes with a few different tests. We waited close to an hour after that then Another lady did some tests and wrote down some things about each eye. (My right eye is worse by far) When doctor Pratt came in he asked a few questions did a few tests and said she must have wrote down my eyes backwards..Left as my right. Right as my left. Concerning. But at least he is thorough with his work. I watched him switch them to the correct way and he proceeded to cracked jokes. Laugh with us. Was a great time! He was very quick to see me, get to the point and leave. Which I didn’t mind. Left me to pick out my glasses. Decent variety of choices. Overall very decent experience. Happy I didn’t get stuck with my lenses backwards! Waiting for glasses to come back in now."
