"The ladies that run this reception are the absolute worst and so rude. I worked as a customer service manager for over 14 years and I was never as rude and plain unfriendly as the ladies that work in this facility. If you have to use this branch I highly recommend you to be careful and use discretion with them because this location and this office receptionist is just horrible. The Dr. That we have is great but the ones they have chosen for your first encounter when coming into the office is just unbelievable. In my day I guess you put your best foot forward and you could tell how your experience was going to go by how you were introduced to a company. I highly recommend that Mercy look into this office and offer classes to these girls on customer service and etiquette. What a shame."
