"Some of the nurses there were absolutely wonderful. But one in particular needs to learn some empathy. Some people have ptsd and can’t always handle their anxiety to the best of their ability, and after apologizing multiple times to her and explaining I don’t have insurance and have been working so hard to get some, she proceeded to tell me “I think you should see your primary care doctor because you can’t handle your anxiety.” It would be so nice to have a job that allowed me to have health insurance to do so. But until then I’m so sorry my ptsd was so inconvenient for you. And the looks she kept giving me… ridiculous. This is why I will be switching to cox."

Mary Kay and Susan were absolute God-Sends and I cannot be more thankful that baby and I were in their care. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and answered all of my questions, regardless of how many times I asked the same thing. "My 10 yr old came in with a dislocated knee. Everyone there was so kind and loving. The receptionist, nurses, Dr, the ladies that did the xray. Everyone of them was pleasant. They were very caring with my daughter. There was no wait time and we were out of there pretty quickly. They explained everything thoroughly and made this stressful situation a lot easier. I appreciate all of them very much. Kindest emergency room experience I've ever had."
