"Took a litter of pups for their health check/vaccines a few months back, and the receptionist was exceptionally rude. Ended up waiting with my litter of pups for over 45 minutes in the truck because even though I'd scheduled the health check for this litter weeks in advance the only vet on duty was busy doing a spay. I was told I could bring puppies in and put them on the floor while we waited which was 1000% not going to happen and when I was frustrated with the wait time as my puppies were overheating the receptionist got snarky and stated "it's not like I can just pull him from a spay and I told you you could put them on the floor... we disinfect..." Will NEVER be bringing my pets back here"
