All of the procedures I did were planned ahead of my appointment. Each one was shown to me so I thoroughly understood before I worked it myself. Each patient is closely monitored. "I went to APT for a pulled muscle in my left shoulder. I really didn't think PT could do anything - but kept an open mind. Oh my goodness! Jake identified the muscles and they worked those muscles to strengthen and increase flexibility. They showed me exercises I can do at home (still working on that @#$%^&* Body Blade, getting better). So to my current story, yesterday I pulled a muscle in my lower back. As I move and hit that pain point - all I hear, in my head, is "take it to just before pain and stretch there" and dang if it isn't working I can do nearly everything already! Thanks!!!!"
