"I haven't even been to this facility. The person who answered the phone really didn't care to help me even make an initial appointment. If they have people like that at the front desk... I'll take my patronage elsewhere."

"I have high blood pressure and it was gonna take three months for them to revisit my ER trip as an already established patient Don't waste your time. I called cox and they got me in for a week and a half."

"Might as well stay home, give up all meds and be miserable. No doctor understands a patient anymore. I've come to the conclusion it must be best to let whatever comes along run it's course and if it takes me out I'll just go home to heaven. No sense in in trying to explain pain or suffering to any doctor anymore. They think they know best or government knows best or we all must be addicts. There must never be any change or worsening of symptoms according to doctors. I have 3 types of arthritis that won't get better no matter whether I have a Stimulator or not and the stimulator doesn't take care of my neck , hands, feet and other places. Not to mention gut issues form mesh that failed and pain is excruciating. However, Freeman Hospital Staff can't or won't find out why. So why take other meds if they aren't gonna try to help with anything else. I give up. Also the person Sharon that answers the phone is rude and tries to answer questions or make decisions she's not qualified to. I called to get in asap with my doctor per the instructions of Dr. Rebecca Sanders for a serious reason and she acted as if it wasn't important. My mother in law and some friends of mine have had the same issue and nothing gets done about it. I have to continually call to find out answers since I live in Joplin. Someone please listen for once!!"

"Don't waste your time or money seeing Sandra Tinney. My daughter needed a shot for her allergies, she went 2x to see Sandra and was advised to keep using all the OTC meds that cost $80 every two weeks. Tripled the dosage on thyroid medication as well. Went to a different NP and got the dosage corrected and shot for allergies. All they want to do is charge for office visits and labs and not fix any problems. Sandra is a subpar NP at best! Sad when one employee ruins the reputation of the entire group."

"I’m leaving this review because of the clinic nurse for Dr. “B” He was professional whenever I established care there. However, I do believe there’s a serious problem with the communication between the front office staff and the nurse. I asked for a call back to see if I could postpone my checkup and get my medication refill and that was the wrong question- When his nurse “P” called back she was extremely rude. She made it seem like I was against her or the Dr. Not like we are on the same team. She made it extremely clear that I was in the wrong. She blamed me every which way she could. It was very unexpected to have her act so abrasive and defensive. I tried to explain that I could not afford another visit right now. She didn’t care. She also tried to throw blame everywhere else, onto me and her coworkers at the front , for not having an appointment scheduled ahead. I explained that I had called last month to schedule and the front office staff said that I didn’t need to schedule because I still had a refill. She said that I would have had my appointment set but “ I’m not going to chase you down the hallway to give you your appointment card if you leave before I can get back into the exam room”. That didn’t happen from my recollection of events at my former appointment. That was such an odd statement when I think about it. I mean how long is the hallway? Would that even be so bad? I would think if I had something else to say that the patient needed to know then I would follow them out or call them. She also used this opportunity to chew me out for not following up to discuss my labs- but of course there is no record in my chart that I called her to find out my lab results. This odd behavior is so unexpected when dealing with a health care provider that I thought I would share my experience. Sadly I was unable to resolve the issue and the Dr has refused my medication refill- for a blood pressure pill. I will be going elsewhere with my $$$."
