"We had Dr. Dunn for our visit, and he was amazing with my son. He took his time to look over my son and make sure nothing else was wrong with him. He made sure to include my other children when he talked to us. He also took his time to explain everything to me and made sure I didnt need anything else before he left the room."
"I was seen at this urgent care for a severe laceration on the back of my hand, the Dr seemed very nervous and out of sorts. After cleaning this very deep wound she kept leaving the room and coming back in to decide if she should stitch or glue my cut. She decided to glue it and after 4 days the cut busted open and started bleeding everywhere, I'm going to mercy to have my hand evaluated by a Dr that can speak English very well and also not be nervous about treating a wound. Very incompetent!!!"
"Front desk and nursing staff are always helpful and friendly. Doctors and nurse practitioners at this facility are always rude, cold, rushed, and don’t take patients seriously. Even when I asked if I should go to the ER for additional testing, since the test I needed couldn’t be preformed at Urgent Care, NP refused to advise me and said I’m probably not sick because the condition I have symptoms of is rare. Only giving 2 stars because of the helpful support staff, if it were based on quality of care alone I would give the lowest rating possible."

"Ridiculously exploitative and unprofessional. All patients have to sign in on an iPad. No hand sanitizer in sight. Disgusting. They refuse to tell you any costs until billing, despite my asking over the phone and multiple times in person. Staff is very clearly disorganized and many of them seemed confused with what they were supposed to be doing. I was billed $550 for a strep test and to be told I needed antibiotics, which I already knew. They don’t care whether you live or die, as long as they make money. You’re better off going to the ER or to Joplin urgent care or Mercy. Don’t go here unless you know your insurance will help you copay. They will take advantage of you at every opportunity."
