"Purchased a $25 vape. Out of box failure. It auto fires. Less than 24 hours later I brought it back to exchange. Bearded guy that sold it to me said “I told you to try it before you left”. He absolutely did not or I would’ve complied. No one would refuse if told to do so and risk throwing money away. Horrible rude service."

"I am very disappointed, I came here and purchased 2 vape bars. Neither of them had a security stamp on the box and the taste was off and unpleasant compared to what I usually get. I went to another shop and purchased an authentic vape bar with the security seal and compared it to the two I purchased from this store. The packaging, font, taste, color and weight were completely different. After calling and going back to the store they told me there was nothing they could do and refused to give me a refund. I spent $38 on these and even after showing them all the differences between what they sold me and an authentic vape bar, they were completely unwilling to help or try to reconcile the situation. I left the 2 counterfeit bars there because there is no telling what they may contain. Word to the wise, avoid this store, not just because of their customer service in situations like this, but for your health. Several counterfeit products have inferior ingredients that can cause serious issues with your lungs."
