"I had 3 cars in front of me at the drive thru and 2 cars waiting to pay and get there food and it took 15 mins just to order. Then I finally got to the 1st window waited 3 mins to pay and no one was there so I thought I had to go to the second window to pay which took 15 mins to get to it and then I found out I was suppose to pay at the second window. I have a 30 minute lunch and I got a point at my work for being late back and I didn't even get to eat. My work is right down the road from Braum's. It shouldn't take 30 mins with at least 5 cars in front of me to order, pay, and get my food. I know this because I worked at Braum's for 3 years before and it was the drive thru.. Sorry I would rate the food but I have no idea how it was cause I never got to eat."
"Quit going to the one in Joplin, by Lowes because it's been absolutely filthy. Went to Webb City tonight with the family for ice cream, mistake. Took exactly an hour to get of ice cream and eat. Girl working counter acted like she was about to die, in fact, stepped outside for a minute to get some fresh air while 15 were in line behind us! Place was also filthy. About done with Braums altogether."
"This is one of the better places to get a good burger around here. Reasonably priced as well. Wait is a bit longer than fast food but worth it! Excellent ice cream too."
"One of the best places to get ice cream, my all-time favorite is getting their candy bar mix with Reese's peanut butter cup, and Heath bar, in it, also one of the best chicken strip dinners in town, just have to check the chicken strips before you leave because sometimes they give you one bite chicken strips, and sometimes they're really dried out. Other than that a good place to go and a good atmosphere"
"Service was slow, tables were all dirty, and all the staff seemed to be in the back. Our food was cold, overcooked, and looked to be thrown together. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE LOCATION IN WEBB CITY."
