"Service was wonderful, friendly people. I got a chicken sandwich, the chicken was dry and the bacon too crunchy for my taste. It was freezing in the building, which made us eat quickly."
"I'm not sure what happened with the burgers we bought. They were very dry and tough, like they'd been under the heat lamp all day. I got the BBQ Bacon Double Cheeseburger, and the bacon was overcooked, and there was no visible BBQ sauce, only a hint of the flavor. I was sick all night and part of the next day after eating there. Usually the food is great, but not that time."
"I moved away and whenever I visit, I get some ice cream. The sopapilla cheesecake shake was one of the best desserts I've had. It was recommended by one of the workers, and I thank the Lord for him every day. It was so good, I had the same thing the next day."
"Last 2 times I have been in there, one of which was last night, the entire establishment has been an absolutely disgusting mess. The condiment area was so filthy that I picked up the trash. Ketchup all over everything. No napkins. No tea. Trash everywhere. Just an absolute filthy mess. Then I was dumb enough to use the bathroom....maybe not dumb enough, desperate enough. Another mistake. If you can't find employees that care enough to clean up a little, close the place. Will never eat there again."
"Braum’s Ice Cream & Dairy located in Joplin, Missouri is an excellent restaurant. The employees were extremely friendly and professional. We ordered two waffle cones with yogurt twist soft serve and it was excellent. We highly recommend this Braum’s restaurant. Also they had plenty of parking and they were very fast."
