"Called recently about a refill that was processed under my old PCP but not should not have been filled as I had a new prescription sent in from a new PCP. Received terrible customer service from Samantha, who provided no resolution to my issue, and seemed genuinely annoyed that she was having to do her job. I will be switching pharmacies due to repeated poor customer service and longer than expected wait times in their drive thru."

"One of the pharmacists are very rude. She complained rather loudly about how I showed up for a walk in covid vaccine. She made it known to her colleagues as well as the patrons of the store, that it would've been so much better if I showed up at 9 at night. She then proceeded to undermine the Pharm Tech. Overall, that specific pharmacist is enough to deter me from utilizing walgreens for anything."

"Wish I could give 0 stars. You would think cause it's in a smaller town you would get helpful and friendly service. Every time I try to use my Walgreens digital coupons here for some reason they don't work. I can turn around, go to Springfield and they work. The biggest issue is the employees here won't try to help you figure it out. Poor customer service. If you have the gas, drive to Springfield."
