"I appreciate Walmart pickup but the new policy for substitutions is at the customers' expense so it appears they now want to forget about customer service and I pay for Walmart Plus. I also resent paying for Plus when every item possible to ship is not available. I have to have $35 worth of groceries for pick up even though I have Walmart Plus. Not very happy and there will be less stars next time."
