"Messed up my dates on my meds. Put April as nights and mornings say March. When they break a pill in half there are a bunch of small pieces. That makes it hard to swallow instead it desolved (so gross) so I broke them instead."

"I love this Pharmacy I'm so glad I switched from using Walgreens it was always a hassle they never had my medication it was always a big ordeal contacting the doctor I'm not had one problem getting any of my medications filled through Steven's!!!! "Honestly a smile goes a long way, not one smile at all from the girl at the drive through. She acted as if we were a bother. Well let me say to her, we just spent the day at the cancer center with my mom so when you are in a customer relations position, you smile when you don’t feel like it. You don’t know what kind of day the person on the other side of the window has had. This was our first time at your pharmacy, not a good first impression."

"This is the second review I have wrote about Stephen's. I really can't say enough good about this pharmacy. Again, I found myself in a panic to get the medication for my son prior to closing time. We didn't leave the walkin clinic until about 10 minutes to six. The Nurse Practitioner called Stephens to confirm they had the medication she was requesting. They confirmed they did. I called as soon as I got in my car to tell them I was headed to them and it would be right at six before I would get there. The lady on the other end of the phone stated, we close at six, but if we know you are coming we don't mind to wait a few minutes for you. It was 6:02 when I pulled into Stephens. Austin was waiting for me at the drive thru window. He completed my transaction and all was well. My son was able to get his antibiotic for his now fifth ear infection. Let's face it.... kids never get sick at a convenient time. I can't say enough good about Stephen's Pharmacy. Absolutely love the staff here! Thank you once again Stephen's Pharmacy for taking care of my little guy and his medication needs!"

"I showed up at 20 minutes before closing time and I was stressing about being able to pick up the medication for my son. They finally received my order from the doctor and were very prompt to tell me they didn't have that antibiotic. They quickly got on the phone with the doctors office to see what they could do to fill my order. The doctor sent over a new order for a different medication and they quickly filled it. I kept saying I felt bad for them staying late to fill my prescription and each of the staff members I encountered replied with: it really is no big deal. What wasn't a big deal to them, was a big deal to me! I love going into Stephen's pharmacy. Thank you Stephen's team for going above and beyond for my little guy."
