"I took a MK handbag in for a buckle to be replaced. I provided the MK buckle. I was told one week for repair. Went to pick up in one week told to come back later that day. Not done. Returned the next day and the bag was done but a different buckle was put on bag with the MK buckle attached to tag with safety pin. I asked why they would do that and the lady said no idea. Come back later and they would redo it. Came back for the third time and bag was done but now the leather on strap was ripped. Her only explanation was they had to redo it! There was no reason to not have the buckle provided put on the first time. Still charged full price even though they ruined the leather and did not do it correctly to begin with Horrible place! Do NOT waste your time or money and do NOT entrust them with your items!"

"The woman Charlie is a drunk! They lost my shoes. I paid for them before leaving and she expected me to pay again. Twice they lost my boots! Had to explain/and give a description several times, look in the back for my shoes. Please keep your receipts, becoz she always thinks someone is trying to get over on her. Never again will I spend high prices again for shoe repair at this place or anything else that they do! I’m done!"

"I took a jumpsuit to have a small 1/2 inch hole repaired by the zipper. I had to prepay, $12. I specifically asked if the hole could be repaired and still look seamless. The lady at the counter asked the seamstress and she stated yes. Once I returned to pick up my item, it was not done seamless and had new damage. I advised that I did not like how it looked. The seamstress came over with an attitude to get my item and pressed it out which did nothing. She said I could leave to be redone, which I declined since I was leaving town and needed it done right the 1st time. I asked for a refund and the seamstress agreed to refund me if I gave the item back to her, to put the original hole back in it. She then said sarcastically, it was a $5 outfit and I could take her to small claims court. I had been a customer for years at this location with the previous owners.. BUT I do not recommend this unprofessional business under new ownership. 0/5"

"My fiancé wanted to stain his shoes darker for our wedding, and Rosana Shoe Hospital completely ruined his shoes instead. The dye is a flat grey/brown with no variation and is rubbing off and staining anything it touches. His shoes are completely unwearable and ruined. We requested a refund and were denied - they did offer to try to fix it but there wasn't time before we left for wedding. We are now out $60, and a $200+ pair of shoes is ruined and we are scrambling to find an alternative solution in the days before our wedding. Do not recommend."
