"I've been coming to this establishment for years and the gentleman (I believe his name is Luis) has always done a good job. However last Saturday I dropped off a leather duffle bag that I needed cleaned and reconditioned. He told me it would be ready on the following Saturday (no specific time was given) so in exactly 1 week, I showed up at approximately 11:30 Saturday morning to pick up my bag and he told me he wasn't finished with it yet and he needed more time. I told him that would be OK, but I would have appreciated a phone call or a text letting me know so I didn't have to waste a trip driving all the way to Overland Park... He got upset, an argument ensued, he was hot-headed, argumentative and EXTREMELY disrespectful. The level of anger he exhibited towards me (over such a small misunderstanding) was far beyond anything normal. It is apparent, customers are not valued or respected by him and lastly... His inability to control his temper is very concerning.... And for those reasons, my family and I will no longer do business here."
"I took a pair of boots in to have the calf size adjusted and was told 1-2 weeks and was asked to pay half up front which I agreed to and told they would call when ready. Three weeks later I call and asked if they are ready and he said he has been busy and hasn't had time and he will try on Saturday and if they aren't ready then, they will be by the following Wednesday. My job was put on the back burner with no date for completion and he was rude on the phone so I'm picking the boots up and taking them elsewhere."
