"Older, but simple and CLEAN. They do require a $20.00 per night cash deposit, but actually return it back upon checkout as long as no items are missing from the rooms and they aren't trashed. Quiet lot, with a small, but maintained and inviting play area for kids with a tall slide."
"Stayed here for a few nights in April 2023. First couple nights were ok. Then, the 3rd night an older man from another country was working. That's when everything went south. First, he overcharged my debit card even though I confirmed the final total with him twice. When I confronted him with it and showed him the charge on my bank app he became irate and accused me of having poor vision. Lol. I have perfect vision and the amount on my card was $9 too much. He never would concede he did something wrong and kept saying he was doing me a favor by letting me stay there. He was rude. He cursed at me. He was belligerent and the rooms are nasty too."
"So I've owed this place a review for a while now. Over the years, I've probably stayed here 8-10 times. It would appear at first glance to be "one of those places", but it's NOT! While it is dated for certain, the rooms are spotlessly clean. Your bedspread may be 20 years old, but it will be cleaner than grandma's house. The wifi is incredibly strong and fast. The fridge & microwave in every room has worked properly and the water pressure in the shower has been strong and the hot water is hot! This place is not a Marriott by any stretch, but the amenities are good, as advertised and the family that owns and operates the property are always cordial, responsive and welcoming. My only negative comment would be that compariitively, it's a little pricey - but I continue to return as I just like the vibe and have mad respect for the owners commitment in maintaining their property with their own hands!"
"Great value. The rooms were pretty clean, so I was impressed. The WiFi was a little slow. They had smoking rooms, which I love. I could park right in front of my room. Quick walk to convince store and Walmart. The rooms I’ve stayed in have only showers, no bathtub. But the tile in them is nice."
