"This is now ran by the kitchen as a shelter for homeless families and is not open to the public. Only way to get a room at the rancho is with a referral from one door."
"This place has a roach infestation. And you have to do a background check before they let you stay. If you have a guest in your room, management treats you like a criminal. I actually wanted an apartment downtown and got told that I had to "earn" it by staying at the motel. "Earn it" by a good payment history and good track record with management. This is the place that owns Downtown Studio Rentals!! DO NOT BE FOOLED!! I won't be staying here ever again. One of the worst places I have ever stayed in. When I asked about the cottages nearby, I got told that they were "nothing to write home about" by the maintenance man and he insisted I stay at the motel. Do not even contact these people. Avoid Downtown Studio Rentals and the Rancho Motel at all cost."
"So I called and asked about the policy of renting a unit from them. The women on the phone told me because I had drug felonies on my record they couldn't rent to me....all I could do was laugh and ask her don't you know then trailers and cottages are filled with nothing but drugies. St then preceded to tell me i was a danger to their tentants...mind you I paid for the crime I commented. Screw this place, their units have always been disgusting gross with bed bugs head lice and many other skin and hair infection. Extremely sad that I can't seem to find a place for myself and 14 month old son to call home."
"Ok for a night or an emergency. Never stay for a week, you'll get sick from all the dust and god knows what else. There were roaches in the room, and what it seems like a small mouse, ate our food. The WiFi they say they have it's private, and they don't give the key code. Just get this place off from your list of options."
"Do not stay here.Rented one of there by the week trailers. It was very dirty when we moved in to the point we got sick. There was a small gas leek they never fixed. It also had roaches. Owner is very rude if you need anything fixed, and I was told that the rooms are just as bad. not wroth the $165 the charge a week."
