5.11 Tactical

"UPDATED REVIEW: I originally gave 2 stars, but after returning to the store, I have updated this review to 5 stars. I discussed the issue with the manager and he was very sorry, extremely nice, and offered us a discount on our purchase that day. ORIGINAL REVIEW (2 Stars): My husband I went in today and we were the only people when we walked in. No one asked if we needed help. We asked where the fitting rooms were, and we were told they were down a hallway. The hallway was very narrow with boxes piled high all the way down the hall. When I tried to go in, the doors were all locked. The two guys there didn’t seem interested in helping us (or the other people in the store that walked in after us). At checkout, there was no conversation or anything, even when I brought clothes out from the dressing room because I didn’t want to leave them in the room. There was no conversation with anyone in the store by the employees. It’s a shame this location has this type of customer service, because the items themselves are good quality with a nice store. The employees need to learn customer service skills because my husband and I both felt like we were a bother and we quickly found what we were looking for so we could leave."

"Great service. Rep was helpful without being pushy. He answered our questions and informed us on the various products we were looking out, without aggressive cross-selling or other annoying tactics. We thorough enjoyed our shopping experience."

"First time here and it was a great experience. There is plenty of inventory but they don't carry everything on the website and that was the reason we went there. The store was clean and the two employees were very nice and helpful. We will be back in the future. I wish their clearence items were marked down a little more than it was, but its okay."

"5.11 has great quality items that are very durable and remain extremely comfortable. Sometimes one or the other gets sacrificed, comfort ability or durability, but these guys have found the perfect recipe! The Manager at my local store is a retired Veteran and he is awesome! He answered all of my questions and was extremely knowledgeable about the most meticulous detail of each product. I’m an arborist and and canopy pants ain’t cheap and sometimes not the most comfortable, I’ve replaced those with an array of 5.11 Tactical pants to be able perform my job to the fullest while remaining comfortable!
