"Went there Sunday night and couldn't order. Kid was letting his friends into the building and completely ignored us for 5 min until we gave up and left. 2nd time trying to eat there and had something happen."
"Super frustrated with the Nevada Sonic. Anytime the Sonic app offers a “deal”, it doesn’t work with our Nevada Sonic. For example, today there was a deal on Mozzarella sticks. When you tried to order them through the app, you received a “we’re having difficulties” message. When you remove the deal, the order goes through just fine. This is not the first time that this has happened for me. Another time when this happened, I was able to order the deal at the Fort Scott Sonic. My guess is the owner of the Nevada doesn’t want to participate and offer these deal to their customers, so they hide behind “technical difficulties”. Our Sonic is also significantly more expensive as other Sonics. I had an order ready to purchase in the app recently, and I realized the location was set to a different Sonic. When I updated to the Nevada Sonic, it raised the price of my order by over 20%!"
"Nobody who cooks food wears gloves or seen washing hands after handling any food. They also have nothing to do with food app when it has issues yet rely on it."
"They brought me, my drinks out first lol. Had to ask where my food was. They bring me my food, and forgot my small fries no big deal bc I told them. So they brought those out they were cold. And well here are the pictures of the onion rings I got lmao. Diffantly disappointing considering Sonic onion rings are usually tasty. Won't be going back to this location."
"Was a quick down the road from the truckstop. I was able to put in my order from a menu board in the outdoor search area which was very convenient. Ordered the footlong 1/4 lb conieisland hotdog with the cheddar R peppers for a side and the signature cherry limeade. Order came out in a timely manner and foot hit the spot. No complaints, was nice to have a destination away from the truckstop to grab lunch."
