"I normally love coming to this place cause I find some really great finds but today was horrible. We came in at 8pm an entire hour before closing time and found some really cute clothes just to get told the fitting rooms closed at 8pm. There are NO signs claiming that they close at 8 but the girl working was rude and unwilling to let us try anything on!! She said cause it’s the way they’ve always done it, which I would believe if there was a posted sign, but out of all the signs they have , not a single one claimed the fitting rooms close at 8!! There was still 40 minutes left till closing time and we even offered to put everything back that we weren’t going to take. & we would’ve but the girl said no so we just left everything in the cart. It would’ve been so easy to just open the door"

"The entire store has a lot of junk in it (tons of fake flowers and figurines everywhere! Also the vintage section is in complete disarray.) Very small selection of furniture and mostly in bad shape (seat of wooden chair split in half). Smells like cigarette smoke when you walk in and I realized when I was checking out it was the employees, all 3 of whom were at the front but only had 1 register open. Throughout the store there were random single shoes on the shelves and floor in areas they didn’t belong in, and lots of other things in areas they didn’t belong in. I didn’t shop clothes so I can’t speak to how well those were organized. Compared to other thrift stores in KC the selection is pitiful and the prices are kinda ridiculous. Pretty much everything in the “stuff” section is $7 bucks, except for the fake flowers and some of the small picture frames. Lots of religious stuff everywhere including albums. An old dirty loveseat for $50? Come on. My husband picked up a shirt he considered, which was also $7 - never heard of the brand."

"First time shopper. Decent selection but some of the prices were insaaane. Any “thrift”/donation center that advertises an online store is a big red flag that the prices are not going to be “thrifty”. Almost everything I picked up was priced $14.99 or higher. But some pieces were decent. Just depends I suppose. Glad they have a fitting room unlike many other thriftstores. The cashier at the register when I checked out was a bit inattentive. Talking to her coworker the entire check out and was about to throw a heavy castiron-like item in the same bag with a ceramic figurine. I had to interrupt her conversation to ask her to wrap the (obviously) fragile pieces. I was running my card and didn’t notice she wrapped them together in the same piece of paper, defeating the purpose of the wrap in the first place. As a result, the ceramic piece broke before I even got home. Bummer."

"Nice shopping experience here. I found the staff to be friendly and efficient. The aisles are fairly wide. Prices are low, and selection seems reasonably broad. I thought the selection of used CDs and records was excellent: good value for the money. On the other hand (and I am sure this is out of the management’s control), the clientele seem to want to bare it all. That was the major downside of shopping there."
