"This hotel appearance had improved slightly after new ownership a couple of years back. The new owners refused to honor the price of my existing reservation. They immediately increased rates after the new owners took over. Wyndham also refused to honor it and said I needed to speak with the hotel management. I ultimately kept the reservation beside every place else was booked up. My very first experience with new ownership was with the lady at the front desk. She burped facing me within arms reach without covering her mouth or saying excuse me. She acted like nothing happened. I couldn’t believe that actually happened. They started remodeling the rooms but do not maintain them. An open beer greeted us at our door (see pic). Our bath/shower was disgusting and the floor was FILTHY (zoom in on that pic if you can). They installed vinyl plank flooring but don’t clean it. I can only imagine them just sweeping it (see pictures). My foot was black after just walking on the floor ONE morning. We like the price of the hotel but I’m not even sure you get what you pay for. The bed sheets smelled like they had been left in the washer too long. Breakfast - the juice machine was broken and has been since October. The crock pot for warm breakfast foods was plugged and utensils were laid out but the lady attending to the front desk said it was “broken” too. I imagine they didn’t not want to put too much breakfast out when there were only about 4 cars in the parking lot, What a terrible experience…they don’t seem to care about guests and DEFINITELY not about them returning."

"Substandard rooms but the shower and sink water was good (really hot). Overall not clean hotel, various insects flying and coming from the ceiling in the room."

"Bad attic smells blowing down from the ceiling tiles! along with missing and broken ceiling tiles conveniently above the shower. As well as a hole in the wall in main room."

"Had 2 rooms, myself in one and daughters/grandchildren in the other. Room appeared fine upon arrival, however within minutes noticed an abundance of flies in the room. Within 10 minutes, saw 2 cockroaches and was out of there. The front desk did switch my room, but before I could even inspect it, my daughter stated there were roaches in her room as well. We just packed up and went to the Fairfield Inn, where I knew we'd rest comfortably!"

"Rooms were clean, nothing fancy. The ceiling had clearly leaked in one of the bathrooms and was rotting or somehow damaged. The rooms face outside and the walls are apparently super thin so you can hear EVERYTHING. There's also glass brick windows in the wall facing outside so the parking lot light shines in at night and is fairly bright."
