Super 8 by Wyndham Chillicothe

"Avoid this motel, I got a king studio room because it was our 19th wedding anniversary and decided to make it a little extra special with hot tub in room,.. Let me just start with WHAT a joke of a room, Trim around hot tub was falling off and a nail was sticking up that i caught my foot on, Dirt smears on wall by hot tub also knob was broke off hot tub with no explanation on how to use it, Bathroom fan cover was missing, bathroom door wouldn't stay shut, we ran out of hot water called front counter and he didn't believe us till he came and checked himself and then said Sorry plus very hard to understand couldn't talk English very well, Hallway floor was very noisy every time somebody walked past, And it said non smoking room but you sure could smell cigarette smoke maybe it was just from hallway but you could sure smell it in room,.. And screws were backing out from knob looked like somebody tried to break in, I have stayed in a lot of motels in my time and i think this is one of the worst."

"The room that I booked was exceptionally clean. Clean towels, clean shower, with actual hot water. The linens as well. I will absolutely stay here again! The gentlemen that checked me in was wonderful. He even gave me over the phone directions when my Apple Maps took me into town instead of their location off the highway. I’m so thankful for their kindness and clean place to sleep! Great place! Breakfast was hot. They offered coffee, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal….etc. 10/10 recommend."

"Not fancy by any means but clean and comfortable with decent breakfast. Yes they do cut the sausage patties in half but there is a whole pot of them so.... 2nd floor does have some smoking rooms."

"Stayed here at the super eight in Chillicothe. Woke up, took a shower slipped and fell in the shower because there was nothing to keep you from slipping on the shower floor. I broke my arm and had to have a plate and screws put in, the manager was the most rudest uncaring person I’ve ever ran into. He did not even check to see how I was. He did call the ambulance never came down to the room at all immediately charged us for an extra room before we were even in the checkout time it was only like 6:30 AM. He jumped right on it and put another charge on our bill. my husband checked out of their way before check out. I spent a lot of time in the hospital. No compassion from super eight the room was a smoking room. I never smelled anything worse in my life even a smoking it was only like 6:30 AM. My husband who had a stroke actually spent five or six hours out in the car waiting for my son to come and pick him up to take me to to take him to the hospital. No compassion there either he just let him sit out in the car. The temperatures were over 100."
