"The checkout person didn't ask the orderly gentleman in front of us about his discount reward, The transaction was complete too quickly because he had already put it on his card. The lady then could not give him his discount. Although she could not help him, he was very perturbed that she didn't ask him first. The whole situation could of been handled better, just a thought for management.. Thank you"

"Went to eat breakfast. Only 3 other people in dining area. Tables were dirty. Napkin holders were just plain filthy. The man who waited on us was rude, he acted like we were interrupt him. We will not be coming back any time soon to eat"

"I used to LOVE Hyvee Their meat and produce is high quality and the people are friendly. They put in multiple self check out lanes and are now down to 3 or 4 checkouts that are manned. If I wanted that kind of service I would shop at Walmart but here we are still paying Hyvee prices. I will get used to it, like I do every thing else... I just didn't want to have to. Disappointed"
