"There rude bed bugs they take advantage of when you move out then try to not just keep your deposit then even change you for things that were going too remodel them anyways sold them were Raise the rents. So that would no longer take housing. They were moving everybody out to had any other problems. I could not afford to say bed. Bugs were our biggest problem there, along with other things. The side I was living on. What I was told was gonna be the first side. That was gonna be remodeled and that they would move everybody to another Apartment. So they could get all those that remodeling done I can't blame her. She can't see my heart. Done ours yet cold that that side of the building was going to be redone. Would move everybody else to other Apartments. I still know quite a few people over there. And they are charged trying to charge me $3000 for repairs and stuff for tearing up the carpet. Which they were gonna replace anything way with flooring and repainting something. They always have to do when somebody moves out. All these things were to be done while they were remodeling the building. When the new owner takes control in 2025 next year. I would not recommend living in the strand for anything. The management I don't really care for I think it's really bad place. So if you're gonna look for an apartment look somewhere else don't look at the strand"
