"The rating is for of vinyl graphics itself not the people. Purchased $1000 worth of their wrap to do my pontoon. Diligently and meticulously prepped for the vinyl. It only lasted about a month before it peeled off. The people were always professional and polite. Unfortunately, the product just doesn't live up to the price in my experience. No warranty if you install it yourself. So I'm out $1,000. I regret it."
