"There is a mandatory mask mandate in St L County renewed 9-27-21. NO EMPLOYEES here have worn masks for months. Today I advised the heavy set woman who is never masked & always sitting on stool on her cell of the mandate. She laughed. This place is the size of a large closet. No ventilation or ability to social distance. It is filthy. Trash overflowing always. The hot chocolate machine usually does not work as blocked because never cleaned. I have had to stand there for 2 minutes to check out because the employee is on personal speaker phone conversation multiple times. Or once was busy doing her own scratch-offs. No longer have fluid to clean windshields. Too much work I guess. Used to have friendly workers that kept the place clean. Disgrace to the community & owner obviously does not enforce required masks mandates. He should want to for the health of his employees & patrons. Get lots of folks from nearby Metro Station that had to wear mask on public transport & now they aren’t masking because employees don’t"

"Several employees do no wear masks as required by StL Co or wear them incorrectly. Masks are not required for patrons- nothing said - although have sign on soda dispenser- “Need masks this area” Just there & neither employee wearing mask. Very busy time. This place is VERY VERY SMALL & with shelving everywhere. 25% capacity limit it probably 3 people. Cannot social distance. Apparently owner does not enforce mask wearing w his employees as he has been there when still wearing their masks on necks. Place is filthy. Never see anyone wiping fridge handles or soda fountain area. Hot cocoa does not work ½ time as not cleaned. Enter at own risk. 2 Americans die every minute of Covid rt now. Places like this- people not following guidelines- reason why. Obviously don’t care for the community."
