"This store is making a huge mistake banning Uber drivers from the lot! Every one is gonna is gonna take their business elsewhere! I'm taking my $20 a day for 8 yrs spending habit down the street to the 711! Those people know me by name and are nice and don't care if I park in their lot!"

"If I could give ZERO stars I would. The entire St. Louis Area is offering 60 cent drinks when the cardinals score 6 or more runs during the season and some young man told me. Sorry but we don't do that here. So now I pay full price for frozen drinks. 4 of them, I might add. So, while I can drive down the street to ANOTHER location and get the deal. This location doesn't offer. Well, guess what! I'm going to the Corp office to get this resolved and also get my 4 drinks comped on my next visit in. Which this is not the first time I've had issues here either."

"The people that work here shouldn’t have a job. I don’t understand how they do! I don’t write reviews but I had to because of how I was treated. 9/5/22: 10500 1:13 natural bridge gas station. A woman said: we can’t give out information like that over the phone regarding how much their gas was….I asked for her name and she said it was the same as mine then hung up in my face! the manager didn’t seem like she was going to do anything about the incident after I explained what happened over the phone. I paid for my gas then went in to get my receipt and they were laughing at me, wow! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The cashier’s name is Quinita"

"Pulled in and parked and was intending on getting gas and lunch. Was on the phone with one of my customers when I arrived so I pulled into a parking spot and I couldn’t have sat there for more than 3 minutes before an employee came out and told me I couldn’t set there and had to leave. Didn’t even ask if I was here to buy anything, just told me to leave. So fine, there are plenty of other places that I can get food from, I certainly won’t be coming back to this location."

"The woman working the counter was named Jen. I said good morning to her and she tossed her phone down and said in her best backwoods Arkansas voice, "my phone is dead". After cashing my lottery tickets in on her machine she rang me up for my 2 Bananas and 1 scratch off and then asked me "is that all you want"? Then handed me my money and I said thank you but she acted as if I had left and picked her phone back up ignoring my thank you. I goto a lot of On the runs in St Louis with nothing but good service, but she started my day off on a bad note. Thanks Jen......."
