"If I could give James River Jeep 10 stars—I would! Although I didn't purchase my car here, I wish I would have. I drive a Volkswagen but exclusively use James River Jeep for all service. I dropped my car off for a last minute oil change today and had my car back so fast. They offer a shuttle service to help you get back to where you need to be while you're away from your car (or can pick you up all the same). They also located a nail in my tire and fixed it for me. ON TOP of all that, they vacuumed my car and washed it before handing the keys back over. SUCH an amazing experience. Can't recommend enough."

"I been searching for a new Ford Raptor. I live in Colorado and it was pricey here. I happen to see the Raptor and decided to inquire about it. Rich Womack was my sales guy. He was prompt and made the purchase easy. Got a great deal and even great deal on my trade in. I decided to pull the trigger and buy it. Paperwork was mailed to me and I drove down to Missouri. 11 hour drive and soon as I arrived Rich met me outside and showed me the truck I had bought. It was quick and i left there within 30 minutes. "We were looking for a certain, hard to find, color of a Jeep Wrangler. We found it at James River Chrysler Dodge Jeep, but it was 5 1/2 hours one way from where we lived. We kept putting it off until it was almost too late. Our salesman, Josh Ford, said there was a guy very interested in it coming to look at it the same day we wanted to, and he would be there at 9:00 am. I asked him to let us know if for some reason he didn’t buy it. I got a call at 9:10 and it was Josh letting us know the guy couldn’t make it until the following Tuesday so it was still available. So we jumped in the car and headed that way. Josh saved it for us and even had it detailed again so it would be ready to go in case we bought it. The Jeep was in great condition and was just what we wanted. Everyone (our salesman, finance manager, general sales manager, and even a guy from the service department) was extremely friendly and helpful. They even welcomed our dog into the store and loved on him while we were there. I wish they were closer to home because this was a great experience, and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a vehicle."
