"It was a very busy day there during spring break. The place was packed. But , there was a employee in the store side that was not busy. In the past a older polite lady works there. When she is not busy she cleans tables and trays. This day, the employee working did not clean. The place was a mess , customers were trying to wipe their own tables."
"Every Braums is always very clean and has good staff. The food was great, and I just learned you can make a shake out of any flavor of ice cream there."
"They gave me old fries. I politely asked for fresh fries and I didn't mind waiting. The person at the second window seemed frustrated. 1 minute later, I got the same exact fries back. Only this time, they dipped them back in the grease. Now I'm stuck with hard, overcooked, grease soaked fries. I ordered a large but it looks like a small order of fries in a big box. Also, when I checked my burger, I noticed brown lettuce. I just threw the whole meal away! This isn't my first or fifth time having a bad experience at this location. I like Braum's and this is the only one close by but I guess I have to eat somewhere else."

"This is the first Braums I've been to since a child. They don't have any where I live now. I used to go to them as a kid so I was excited when I saw this one while traveling. The guys was as delicious as I remembered! The only bummer was that they were out of my favorite ice cream flavor. But all in all it was a great visit!"
