I have been in this store several times for different things and have always been greeted at the door and asked how I could be helped finding something Recently, I went in looking for some machine screws and was promptly greeted and escorted to the right area. The employee stayed and helped me find the right sized machine screws and all the other matching sized items (washers, wing nuts, nuts and locking nuts). I had a great experience there and really appreciated the excellent customer service."
"It's a great neighborhood hardware store. Sure beats running into one of the big box stores. They seem to have everything Lowe's has. The service used to be great. Had someone always right there to help, but lately, this seems to be less and less. It's still a great place to go.
