It’s a big disappointment when you’re in line 10 cars back and you have to wait through all of them to find out they don’t have the drink you want. Bad business."
"Went to the new location for the first time here in Ozark, ordered two mocha frappuccinos. They was by far the WORST frappuccinos I have ever had from a Starbucks. The wait time was forever and there was only two cars in front of us. Frappuccinos was made individually for whatever reason and one was given then had to wait for a while for the second one. They both tasted absolutely horrible, they tasted like burnt coffee. Worst experience and beverage ever. Will not be going g back to that location. McDonald's Frappe is far better and cheaper...."
