"Never again with Heritage! On October 6th I payed cash for a used tractor with the local manager. I was told that with the purchase they'd fix a hydraulic leak and have a tire repaired within in a week. I called after the first, second, and third weeks trying to find out what was going on. I was told that I would get return phone calls with updates, I never did. Apparently the phone does not dial-out in the manager's office. I had to call each time. I finally had to show up in person and wait an hour for the manager to tell me that they would refund my money due to the cost of the repair on their end. I was then told I would get my money back within a day or two. Nope, not true! I finally got a check yesterday, a week after I was told I'd get the money returned. Now, I have to wait the weekend for the check to clear. Terrible customer service. Never again with Heritage!"

"Went to Heritage Tractor two times. First time to buy mower blades for my lawnmower. Second time to buy 7 bolts. Guys working the counter were all in a good mood and quickly working to help customers. They had customers smiling and laughing a bit while remaining professional. The store is spotlessly clean and bright. Staff is very well trained and obviously are happy to work there. Fast and efficient. This service counter is one of the best I’ve ever been to in my life ! One complaint. When they found out I’m originally from Wisconsin the guy from Minnesota called me a “cheesehead” ! Now even though I resemble this remark they don’t need to remind me… Hahaha Left very happy with exactly the parts I needed. 10/10 stars. Well done Heritage Tractor."
