"Purchased gas and noticed the pump was showing it was pumping gas but no gas was coming out. Went to tell the lady at the front desk that something was wrong with the pump and she totally dismissed me and was being super rude about it. They like to rip people off! Won’t go back here!"

"Rudeness is their speciality and judging from previous review it’s served daily. No public restroom and clerk fibbed and said “septic is broken and liberty won’t fix” I asked her if she held it all her shift. She said yes (BTW illegal) Quite rude . Really bad vibe and no restroom. Gas overpriced, everything overpriced."

"The manager is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with. She has price signs up and won't honor them when they ring up wrong. Their sign for gas prices is always off. Their pumps are slow. The other people that work there are rude. And she needs to check expiration dates."

"If I could give this place negative Stars I would. I just received the worst customer service I have ever received at any business. I will never come back. The associate working was disrespectful. And even though they have business to compete with right down the road, they still do not offer a public restroom. The associate followed me outside and then threatened to call the cops on me, even though I was a paying customer. Word of mouth is one of the most powerful forms of advertisement and I will make sure to tell all my friends and family"

"Ive been going to the same gas station every morning for as long as i can remember. I recently moved to Seneca and was going to make this gas station my daily stop. The lady at the counter should not be dealing with the customers. She comes off very rude. I parked at the gas pump so i could throw some trash in the trash can by the pump. When i went in to buy my stuff she said, are you getting gas. I said, no. She said, well your're parked at the gas pump. I said, i know. Then she said well dont park there unless your getting gas because we get extremely busy in the mornings. There was literally one other car there. You just lost what would of been a regular customer and would of spent money there daily. I will now be parking my car at the conoco down the street."
