"I used to be a loyal customer here because their cigarettes were cheap but the staff has always been very snooty and standoffish hardly ever friendly at all. And god help you if you need to make a return to this store because my wife purchased a battery pack for my vape and accidently grabbed the wrong one and they gave attitude and a multitude of excuses all of which contradicted the next and still no refund just a new headache. If your going to have bad customer service my suggestion is at least have intelligent customer service!"
