When I asked I was told we only cut hair not the tech stuff?? Why have online if you can't do it correctly. I won't be back neither will my family or Co worker."

"Terrible!!!!! Checked my 5 yr old son in online and entered the salon. We were up next and not acknowledged initially by either of the 2 stylists working. After a few minutes, the female asked us if we had checked in online to which I responded, Yes we had. She finished her customer, cleaned up and ten minutes later came to the front and asked what my son needed. I told her he needed his hair trimmed up as a little boy cut. She responded that she did not like the way that I spoke to her and told me that she was not going to cut my sons hair if I talked to her the way I did. Which I was extremely confused about. I told her that I’m sorry I don’t know more technical terms for haircuts, but requesting to get his hair trimmed up is what I always say at any great clips I frequent. She then proceeded to take my son back to the chair, to which I followed and stood nearby. She told me I must get back and sit in a chair in the waiting area. I said I did not know that that was a rule they had, and that I always stand nearby as he feels more comfortable with me there. The male stylist then jumped in and said yes, this is our stipulation because of Covid, you must be 6 feet away. I said I am 6 feet away. The female stylist, then said ma’am, you need to go find another salon. I said I don’t understand why you can’t cut his hair And then I asked her her name. She told me it was none of my business. So I went to look at the computer screen to see if I could figure out her name to file a complaint. She followed me there and pushed me out of the way then both stylist threatened to call the police if I did not leave. I did nothing wrong, I had no attitude and was completely caught off guard by the way my son and ai were treated. The people working here are miserable, unfriendly, and have bad attitudes. Stay away and opt for another salon!!!"
