"I’ve been a few times but this last was horrible I showed the girl that I wanted a tapered French coffin and she didn’t make the French the shape it was supposed to be I said something about it and she told me that she was done and I had to pay for a polish change if I wanted it to be changed which I wasn’t doing….I looked at other reviews and it’s now apparent that she doesn’t know how to do modern day French shapes at all! I’ll stick to getting my lashes done"

"Went here with my daughter yesterday to get 2 full gel sets and 2 pedicures and I was going to get my eyebrows too. They charged me $15 for an entire manicure when all I wanted was my cuticles to be trimmed when they were doing a new set, they didn't tell me they were going to charge an extra $20 per person for gel when I asked about pedicures even though they knew we were getting gel and I was already paying for a luxury pedicure. they also charged an $8 because me and my daughter got two colors which I've never heard of before. Also we both got the same done on our hands and they charged my daughter an extra $12 for two pedicures and two sets oh and no eyebrows I paid $240 that's ridiculous I was expecting to pay $170 based on there price charts first time there and it will definitely be the last. And don't respond saying that I should have said something because I did and they didn't care and didn't change a thing"

"This place is most definitely a major NO! My nails look like big veneers and my 10 year daughter got a gel manicure and polish on her toes and they charged us 42 dollars for her. For one she nicked my daughters fingers not once but three times and we told her and she acted like she didn’t know what I was saying! And for two I kept saying that I wanted my daughter to get a gel manicure do you know that she took the previous polish off of my babies fingers and was about to put on another polish? Did not clean my daughters nails or anything so I told her HEY can you clean her fingers and she proceeds to say oh you wanted a gel manicure? UMMM YES!! I said it about two or three times to you. I don’t understand why they charged a child $30 for a gel manicure that was poorly done! LE NAILS would never! We were charged together $100.00 and I most definitely didn’t give a tip. Also the guy that did my fill in did not shape my nails correctly at all, did not understand what design I were asking for, he then made my nails very bulky and fat I had to tell him to go back over my nails, and now today the paint is chipping off. We just went yesterday. This was the worse experience ever at this place! I would never ever go back. I should have followed my first mind and went to my regular tech but I wanted to have a mommy and daughter day with my baby. NEVER AGAIN."

"I got the same service I get my regular salon for 85 dollars. They charge 114. For basic service nothing extra nails not long. They do not tell that nails or 40 then 15 extra for gel polish. Almost 70 for a basic pedicure that was not done correct. This for my wedding the service was horrible. Will never go there again"

"While this is my preferred nail salon since 2014, standard business practices have declined significantly within the last year. There aren't enough nail technicians to manage high demand of customer needs, hours of operation fluctuate frequently, and the prices for various nail services change without warning and are inconsistent among employees. Additionally many of the non-traditional nail services (eye lash extensions, brow shaping, waxing) are only performed by the shop owner, Kayla Within the last 6 months, I've waited for the nail technician to arrive on a Saturday after 12pm and I have also driven for a nail service on a Sunday (11am-5pm) to learn they were closed. The unpredictable service hours, irregularities with the quality of service, and overall decline in customer satisfaction has led me to pursuit another preferred nail salon after nearly 6 years of customer loyalty and support."
