"I bought an ice-cream cake for my granddaughters birthday and it was great. The people were very nice and they put her name on it beautifully and quickly."
"First we had to wait while the counter person finished a call on his personal phone. My cheeseburger was hot but the fries weren't fresh at all and I didn't eat them. It's very annoying to pay 35 dollars for lunch at a fast food place and get cold chewy fries."
"Food was ok. Fries were under done and very cold. Ice Cream was great. Service was slow and the person taking our order forgot to give us our cups. We had to ask for them when we got our food"
"If your food gets to you warm it is delicious. But our order, when I got tired of waiting and went to ask about, was all cold because it had sat waiting for someone to deliver it because they only had 1 person at the counter and he was taking orders and must have forgotten about us the first order in the group of people that came in all about the same time. They did remake the order and I watched carefully for it to reach the counter and immediately went for it. One person alone cannot take orders and deliver orders, there should always be at least two people handling these task. This is a management problem and not entirely the the fault of the young man who took our order, he was polite and apologetic."
