"Geographically trapped in line. Apparently they decided to stop working the drive through because they are short staffed. So I was stuck in line (hadn’t ordered) and could not leave because you are trapped by the boulders/trees/hills. Line of cars in front and behind me. After 20 min I called the store and told them to either move the line or move cars so I could leave the line. They told me they quit working the drive through because they’re too busy. Seriously If you’re too busy put up a cone and close the drive through. Don’t leave people trapped."
"With a coupon Arby's is ok. I ordered two roast beef and cheddar sandwiches. Whatever sauce they put on it I didn't particularly like, but that's just me. I'd rather have a sandwich with just beef and cheese. I did ask the girl at the drive thru window if the classic roast beef sandwiches on sale 4 for $10 had the same amount of beef as the beef and cheddar I had ordered and she replied yes they did. So, if I go back soon that's what I'd get. Of course with no sauce. Overall, I always think that I'll be impressed with Arby's and that's why I go. But, I never am. It just never taste good to me. So, I'll probably not go back. I also think it's way overpriced."
