"I have been coming to this location for over 12 years, and I cannot remember a time where I [attempted to] order a milkshake, which I couldn’t because they’re machine was down for cleaning. I have no idea what a shake from here even tastes like because the staff here are constantly cleaning [or so they claim] their shake machine! I’ve essentially come to the conclusion that they don’t actually serve milkshakes at this location, and only have them on their menu as a cruel joke. After 12 years, and likely hundreds of visits, that is the only logical conclusion I can come up with!"
"An absolutely fantastic experience here, after 1A.M (night shift worker), stopped here for 2-person meal, every part of both meals was cooked fresh and to perfection, service was fast and amicable and we received a cheerful greeting despite the hour. An incredibly enjoyable experience, cant recommend their night shift enough. Shoutout to the night manager Joel, he both assembled and handed us our food. 10/10!!!"
"Restaurant was dirty, afraid to actually use the soda machine it was so corroded with soda build up, even nasty outside the machine. Tacos were stale and the burger was undercooked. Fries were good. They were upset because we ordered food. Why? It was a couple hours before closing."
"I have used fast food places less than before because of the service and the less than adequate food you get. I'm usually disappointed. I haven't been to Jack in the Box in a long time. It was so good. The food was hot with plenty of condiments on the burger. It was definitely a treat and the customer service was very good. I went there with a friend a few days later and told them how I really enjoyed the food and service I received. Thank you for reminding me what a fast food place is supposed to be. Awesome."
